Cancellation Policy

Unless a course-specific policy states otherwise, agencies may cancel a booking up to 7 days before the course date. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.

For the MVP, cancellation and refund actions are represented as booking statuses and request-change stubs. Production workflows should integrate Stripe refunds and provider notification rules.

Agencies may request attendee substitutions up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to course eligibility requirements and operational approval.

If a course is rescheduled or cancelled, Course Scout will support the agency in arranging an alternative session, credit, or refund where appropriate.
