Course Scout is a marketplace for UK healthcare training discovery and booking. This MVP content is provided as editable placeholder wording and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.

Training provider identities are managed internally by Course Scout and are not disclosed to public visitors or agency users through marketplace listings, bookings, invoices, or confirmation communications.

Agencies must hold an active Course Scout subscription to view exact prices, exact locations, course detail pages, and booking functions.

Course Scout may suspend marketplace access where subscription fees are overdue, account details are inaccurate, or usage creates operational or compliance risk.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful card payment. The MVP uses simulated payment and is structured for later Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect integration.

Course prices are shown including VAT. The total displayed at checkout is the total payable for the selected seats.

Course Scout facilitates booking and support communications. Training content, attendance requirements, and delivery standards are provided by accredited training partners operating through the marketplace.

Agencies are responsible for ensuring attendees meet any course prerequisites and arrive with required identification or equipment.
