This draft privacy policy explains how Course Scout expects to process personal data for a UK healthcare training marketplace. It is editable placeholder content and should be reviewed before production use.

Course Scout processes agency account data, booking history, billing contact details, and attendee names and email addresses for booking confirmation purposes.

For confirmed bookings, attendee details may be used to send course confirmation information, joining instructions, and support communications.

Training provider identity data is treated as internal marketplace data. It is visible to Course Scout admins and the relevant provider admin, but not to public visitors or agency users.

When Supabase, Stripe, email, and PDF services are connected, Course Scout should document processors, retention periods, security controls, and data subject request handling in this policy.
